It is time to Vax

Please note that effective immediately, Manitoba will now be offering Astra Zeneca/Covishield COVID-19 vaccine to any individual 40 years of age and older. No high risk medical conditions will be required. This change is being made in conjunction with several other Canadian jurisdictions.

  1. To schedule an appointment, please call Prana clinic at 204-222-6771 or email [email protected] your first and last name, cell phone number as well as a picture of your Manitoba Health card.

  3. Prior to your appointment, please print the Covid-19 vaccination consent form https://www.gov.mb.ca/asset_library/en/covid/covid19_consent_form.pdf. Remember to bring your filled out consent form with your Manitoba Health Card to your appointment.
